Fill Your Basket
Use your assigned Big Uncle basket. Households, roommates, or shared spaces can combine loads into a single basket.
- STEP 02
Scheduled Pickup
We arrive on your community's pickup day. Your basket is tagged and collected — overflow goes in a separate tagged bag.
- STEP 03
Wash, Fold & Sort
Each basket is processed at the factory — washed, dried, folded, and sorted by tag.
- STEP 04
Delivered Back Clean
Returned to your room neatly folded with your basket ready for the next cycle.

Every customer gets a basket assigned to their room or handler. It stays with you.
Tagged Reusable Bags
Laundry is tagged at pickup so nothing gets mixed up across the route.
Overflow Bags
Don't overfill your basket — overflow items go in a separate tagged bag and are processed independently.
Tracked End-to-End
From your room → the factory → back to you. No guessing.
